Customer Satisfaction is our top priority! If there are any issues with the order you place at Fashion Passport please contact us immediately so we can provide a satisfying solution. Refunds and returns must be processed within 3 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to availability of the merchandise. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email immediately to support@myfashionpassport.com so we can give the best options possible under the individual circumstance.

Shipping
Shipments are processed within 24-48 hours. The  arrival time may vary based on shipping options and your location.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
